Information regarding Short Oral Presentations
Certain abstracts have been selected for Short Oral Presentation during designated sessions at the Conference. Presenters are required to prepare and upload their presentation in accordance with the following guidelines:
- Each Short Oral Presentation must consist of a 1 to 3-page PDF file in landscape orientation.
- IMPORTANT: Presentations exceeding 3 pages will not be included in the Conference program.
- Only Short Oral Presentations by registered participants will be included in the Conference program. If you have not yet registered, please click here for registration information.
- Registered Short Oral presenters will receive a link to upload their presentation in due course.
- By uploading your Short Oral Presentation, you agree to its publication on the official ATTD-ASIA platforms and in Conference publications.
Short Oral Presentation Sessions
- Short Oral Presentations will take place during the breaks at designated Short Oral Presentation stations in the exhibition area.
- Each Short Oral Presentation is 5 minutes in total, consisting of 3 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.
- Presenters are requested to arrive at their designated station 10 minutes before the start of the session and remain there until the session has concluded.
- Each session will be guided by one moderator.
- All participants are invited to attend the Short Oral Presentation sessions, listen to the presentations, and participate in the discussions.
- Headsets will be provided for attendees.
Technical specifications for Short Oral Presentation preparation
If you wish, you may use the official ATTD-ASIA 2026 PowerPoint template for your presentation. On the Promotional Toolkit page, you may also find additional ATTD-ASIA 2025 banners, letterheads, and more.
- Language: All e-Posters should be prepared in English
- File Format: PDF format – up to 3 pages, landscape orientation
- Orientation: Please create your document in PowerPoint in Landscape layout 16×9 and save it as a PDF file
- Font types: Arial, Calibri, Verdana, Times New Roman or Helvetica
- Font size: 11 points or larger
- Hyperlinks, animated images, animations and embedded videos are not permitted and will be not function
- QR Codes may be included but cannot link to any promotional or marketing material
- Images and tables: At least 200 dpi – good picture quality is essential
- When inserting images, photos, tables, etc., please use simple copy-paste and do not use embedded documents – the system does not support embedded files – audio or video
- Avoid overlapping objects and layers – only the final view/status will be visible
- When saving your PDF, please do not use symbols or special characters (ie. +/@/ü) in the file name
- Please do not use headers and footers
- File size: Less than 5 MB
